Paintball Facility Business Plan

March 3, 2023 By JamesCall Leave a Comment

Paintball Facility Business Plan

Jungle Zone Paintball opens officially April 1. It is located in Raphael WA just off Interstate Highway 5. This location is convenient for over 750,000 people living in the greater Richmond area. Paintball is a popular recreational sport and is on the rise across the country. There are now national and regional paintball competitions that offer cash prizes up to $100,000. Jungle Zone Paintball offers indoor and outdoor playing options, as well concession stands and rental shops.

John Martin, coowner of Jungle Zone paintball, has been associated with the sport since more than ten year. For the past five years, John has been the manager of the popular Urban Nightmare Paintball facility in Rosemead, a hundred miles south of Raphael. He is a fixture at all regional paintball events. In fact, he served last year as the league commissioner for Rosemead’s 25-team Xtreme League Competition.

Rosemead&#8217, which has ten teams in Rosemead’s Xtreme Division, is from Raphael and has already committed to recruiting six additional teams to create a new area league. Jungle Zone Paintball, will serve as the league’s playing and practicing facility.

Jungle Zone Paintball will now focus its efforts on creating a 10-15-team youth league. The league play will be a basis for Jungle Zone Paintball’s ability to grow its customer base, and promote paintball to other customers.

John Martin, Wendy Martin and Larry Priest are the dynamic management team that is responsible for the design, construction, development, and management of daily operations. Additionally, the management team is supported by eight members of staff who are customer-focused and team-oriented.

1.1 Objectives

Jungle Zone Paintball will construct a paintball facility in Raphael (WA). Services/products include indoor and outdoor playing areas, snack bars, rental shops, paintball sales, and clean-up/repair. Private investors will finance the commercial financing. Jungle Zone Paintball expects to open on April 1. The first year of gross revenue will be top-notch.

1.2 Mission

Jungle Zone Paintball aims to provide Raphael’s residents with the best painting facility in the area. It will provide excellent service, quality rental equipment and ammunition, and a clean-up facility, which will cater to the entire family. The snack bar will offer a place for guests to relax and socialize.

The indoor facility is a 10,000-square-foot converted factory floor, which will be decorated in a tropical motif. The outdoor facility will sit on a 10-acre parcel of property and will include an imaginary setting called Piranhaville.

On all playing fields, Jungle Zone will create a competitive environment that will promote playing safe, playing hard, and playing fair. Our customers will be satisfied, and they will return again.

Success Keys 1.3

Paintball Products Retail Business Plan

March 3, 2023 By JamesCall Leave a Comment

Paintball Products Retail Business Plan

Paintball games are the next big thing within the sporting industries. As the #1 sport for growth, paintball is up more than 84% to 9.4 million U.S. players within the past five years according to the National Sporting Goods Association. Harquebus Paintball, Inc., or HPI, will start off as a small, retail paintball shop in Bombarde County, Ourstate. HPI’s location is prime because it has only 2 other poor retail painting shops which create very little competition.

HPI will be a specialist in the sale and repair of high-quality paintball equipment, including guns, accessories, magazines, and apparel. The company also hosts local tournaments and provides quality services such repairs and upgrades. This year’s first year’s sales totalled $1,920,385 and HPI is now profitable. To serve the customers needs, all employees must be knowledgeable in the various types of paintball. HPI will be able to compete with the few competitors that do exist by offering an online shop, competitive pricing, a greater selection, host sales, promotions, gift cards and other benefits.

Harquebus Paintball&#8217 is a great opportunity to enter the niche paintball market. The market, which is quite new, is growing rapidly and is not yet capitalized with strong nationwide competition from chain stores, making it almost impossible for other companies to enter the market.

Future Plans and Expectations: HPI’s main future goal will be to expand greatly through physical storefronts, unique high-quality paintball fields, as well as e-commerce transactions, and to dominate the retail paintball market, first throughout Ourstate, and from there…the entire nation via franchising. Harquebus Paintball is the ‘#8220’ Best Buy in the retail paintball business.

Keys of Success. HPI knows that for success to occur, certain factors (or “keys” to success) must be followed. This includes hosting sales and promotions as well as having a wide product range to choose from, service products sold and having a clear understanding of the industry.

Ownership: HPI’s CEO Padraich Petard and COO Geoffrey Gunnar own the corporation. CFO Petra Pistolero will manage day-to-day operations such as inventory management, financials, accounting, financials and sales. Dolores Derringer will manage HPI’s advertising and Claude Carabinerie will oversee HPI’s service department.

Requirements. HPI will need to start-up money for purchase of assets and expenses, such as corporate identity/forms/remodeling, rent, store equipment, inventory, cash reserve and advertising. expenses/assets.

Products: HPI will sell a wide variety of quality paintball products such as guns/markers, paintballs, upgrades/accessories, apparel, magazines, paintballs, and hoppers via its physical and online store. You can only get repairs or upgrades to your equipment in the physical shop.

market: This will be HPI’s market audience, which will consist of males between 12-24 years old who actively play (actively = at least one month) paintball games in Bombarde County. Through market research, HPI found that approximately 3.9% of Bombarde County males ages 12-24 actively play paintball, which comes to approx. 2,144 players. The NSGA (National Sporting Goods Association) states that paintball has experienced an average growth rate of 16.8% over the past five years. Therefore, HPI believes that paintball is not a fad and will continue to grow steadily throughout the country. HPI’s marketing strategy focuses on hitting hard and quickly, dominating its local markets from the beginning, and blowing out the competition through local advertising and grand opening giveaways. Sales and contests are also included.

Industry. The HPI industry is retail paintball. This includes online dealers and physical dealers. There are pros to both being an online and physical dealer. A physical dealer has the disadvantage of having a limited product selection and low pricing competition. HPI will convert the cons of both online and physical paintball dealers into pros. Harquebus Paintball would then be a dominant paintball retailer.

There are many factors that affect purchases in retail paintball. HPI will make use of all these factors to increase sales, and improve profit margins.

Benefits: HPI has many advantages over the rest, such as hosting promotions, gift card, membership discount codes, product servicing, online shop, greater product selection, attractive clean store and team sponsorship. Having these advantages will give Harquebus Paintball a much stronger chance of gaining customers.

Strategy HPI will win/maintain customers using its sales strategy. This will include promotions, sales, gift cards or membership cards, as well as product selection. All of this is something that local competition cannot do. HPI projects explosive first year’s sales, and a corresponding net profit.

Web Plans: HPI will have an online home at HarquebusPaintball.com, where potential customers can view and purchase in-store products all from home. Customers will also be able to order online and pick their merchandise up at the store. This will eliminate any shipping charges or waiting periods. HarquebusPaintball.com will host community paintball news, and have an employee login so that employees may check online for certain duties they may have, and their work schedule. Advertisement for HarquebusPaintball.com will be through in-store banners, TV and radio, web banners, and search engines.

Breakeven. HPI estimated the monthly sales required to break even with all expenses and liabilities. HPI does not expect any trouble with meeting this obligation as long as the “keys to success,” and certain goals and objectives listed throughout this plan are achieved. Rent, utilities, insurance and payroll taxes are the current expenses and liabilities.

The purpose of this plan is to provide in-depth detail on how HPI will achieve everything stated above, from its marketing plans to its projected revenues all the way to its web plans.

1.1 Mission

Harquebus Paintball will strive to provide its customers with 100% satisfaction through promotions and sales, a wide range of quality products, great services, and in the future, beautiful tournament-like fields, with its friendly staff that is highly knowledgeable in the field of paintball.

HPI will strive to meet its customers’ demands and needs. The research department at HPI will provide the store with current inventory, trends, improvements on areas that our competitors have made, and what the competition doesn’t.

1.2 Objectives

Harquebus Paintball aims to achieve two sets of goals. One is the short-term, which will be the major focus for three years. The other is the long-term, which will primarily be ideas for the next four year or until the short-term goals are achieved. The long-term, ‘#8220’ ideas will be HPI’s primary objective once the short-term goals have been achieved.

Short-term:

  1. To become the leading paintball retailer of Bombarde County by selling and servicing at minimum 50% of the paintballers in the region
  2. Bombarde County’s premier paintball shop hosts the best promotions, sales and selection.
  3. Selling product/services in the first year at a high rate of sales, sufficient to meet HPI&#8217’s approximate breakeven revenue.
  4. Each fiscal year, increase sales by 10%
  5. Open a high-quality paintball facility and another HPI retail location in southern Bombarde County.

Long-term:

  1. Three more Harquebus Paintball retail shops and fields are open, one in northern Bombarde County and one each in Howitzer County and Cannonade County.
  2. Franchise Harquebus Paintball retail outlets are available throughout Ourstate, as well as the rest of the U.S.

1.3 Keys to Success

These seven factors will determine Harquebus Paintball&#8217’s success:

  1. Sales and Promotions: HPI will host weekly and monthly sale and promotion opportunities to bring in customers and beat out the competition. To attract new customers and potential loyal ones, there will be a grand opening sale.
  • Selection: HPI will carry a wide array of products from major-name expensive brands to generic-name inexpensive brands. HPI will have a greater selection than its competition by 80%.
  • Service HPI will offer all kinds of popular service in a prompt fashion, such as gun repairing and gun upgrading.
  • Knowledge HPI’s staff will have a comprehensive knowledge in all areas of paintball. Servicemen and gun-tech’s will be highly experienced in their field of repairing and upgrading any type of product. All staff members should be able to answer any retail paintball questions and offer wise advice.
  • Location – The location of HPI will be within three miles of OPC (Ourstate Paintball Center), and Musketeer Paintball Fields, which are the most popular paintball areas in Bombarde County.
  • Reputation – HPI must establish credibility, integrity and a good reputation by using the five factors.
  • Advertising: HPI will advertise via radio and TV each quarter to keep the HPI name alive and to bring in new customers.
