Water Factory is an online marketing company that sells Water Genie water filtration systems. The Water Factory decided to use the network marketing business model in order to build a recurring revenue stream for their home business. Aitch Tuoo is the founder and owner. He has done extensive research and found that the market for filtered water is large and growing rapidly. People are willing to pay up to five times the cost per gallon for water than they are for gasoline.
Aitch Tuoo employs personal contacts as his target market by using network marketing. Aitch is able to convert more prospects into leads because of the established relationship with these prospects. Additionally, network marketing creates recurring revenue streams through commissions that Aitch earns for salespeople he recruits. Aitch also earns revenue for each person his salespeople recruit. This revenue stream turns Aitch’s job into a business that allows him to earn money even though he’s not at work.
The Water Factory’s profitability will be reached by the 12th month and steady, but modest, profits will be realized by the third year.
