Problem

It is necessary to have a full-service salon that provides high-quality services, quality products and a pleasant atmosphere at a reasonable price/value ratio.

Solution

We intend to provide services and products that improve the physical appearance and mental relaxation of our clients.

Market

We will be targeting both males and females who are fashion conscious, and have disposable income. We will target mostly women clients, but we will include men who match the criteria.

Concurrence

Although there are many salons similar to ours, they tend to be located in high-income areas of MyTown or the surrounding area. These so-called “Day Spas” are not our competitors. We aim to offer a middle way for clients who can’t afford these high-end salons.

Why Us?

Trend Setters, once it is established, will offer a wide range beauty products and services. We will provide quality hair, nail, and skin services, along with top lines of beauty products. Trend Setters’ uniqueness is in our ability to provide all of the services in one convenient location.

Expectations

Forecast

In the third year, we expect small profits to level out. We believe that this forecast is realistic, even conservative. We will monitor actual results monthly and make adjustments as needed.

Financial Highlights Year-by-Year

Finance is required

We are looking to get equipment purchased with vendor financing of $50K and an owner’s $60K investment.

You will need to pay $50K cash cushion before you launch, $9K start expenses and $53K tangible assets once you launch.
