Aircraft Weighing Systems Business Plan

March 3, 2023 By JamesCall Leave a Comment

Aircraft Weighing Systems Business Plan

Heavy Lifting, Inc., a new player in international civil aviation, is still in its infancy stages. It is being formed to take advantage of a gap that exists in international civil aviation safety with respect to the provision of systems:

  1. To independently verify compliance with maximum certified aircraft balance and weight limits for takeoff & landing.
  2. The new system provides airport operators with a more efficient revenue-generating device that generates landing fees from a broader base than the current system.
  3. They offer other industry members cost savings and accurate weight and balance measurements.
  4. You will have peace of heart, reduced fuel and emission costs, and can lower maintenance costs.

The management of Heavy Lifting, Inc. is experienced in the aviation and engineering businesses with a total of over eighty years combined experience.

Heavy Lifting, Inc., which had a modest first turnover, expects to see exceptional sales by year three, as well as a commensurate net income. Our research has revealed that there is potential for over 10,000 airports to use our product. This potential allows us to expect a huge share of the total market. A $1 million investment from an outside investor can result in an IRR of 91% for 20% of the Heavy lifting stock. This will be before we launch an initial public offering.

We will start by explaining the urgent need for aircraft weights and balance systems at all airports that transport passengers or freight for rent or reward. We will present a novel and innovative way for airport owners to generate revenue, as well as a tangible safety improvement that could potentially save lives and reduce aircraft hull damage.

1.1 Objectives

These are the objectives of the company:

  • In the first year of operation, to build and test two (2) Heavy Lifting aircraft weight bridges at DEF in California.
  • To get acceptance of the requirement of weight bridges as a safety and compliance-checking requirement for all Regular Passenger Transports in U.S.A. and other countries.
  • Keep a global database of commercial weight and balanced information.
  • After FAA accepts the RPT airport requirement, to provide Heavy lifting systems for public transport and cargo aircraft safety surveillance and compliance. Also to receive acceptance from other State CAA&#8217’s and ICAO about the need for a global safety-compliance monitoring weight and balance network. (Create SARPS in Annexe 6).

Our ultimate goal is to sell heavy lifting aircraft weight and balance weight bridges to all airports around the globe that cater to aircraft carrying passengers or cargo for hire, reward, or rent.

1.2 Mission

Heavy Lifting’s mission is to provide all aviation users with accurate and affordable aircraft weight, balance, safety and compliance monitoring system. This includes regulatory authorities as well as airport owners, plane operators, airline insurers and aircraft manufacturers.

Our service will ensure that every aircraft is measured accurately and quickly just before takeoff in order to make sure they don’t exceed their certified maximum allowable takeoff weigh limit. On landing, each aircraft will be weighed to ensure compliance with maximum certified landing weight limits for that aircraft type.

Our products are designed to improve flight safety. They will be manufactured according to international standards of precision, reliability, quality assurance and safety. Our products will have ISO 9001 certification.

We make this promise:

  • Honesty.
  • Ethics.
  • Fairness.
  • Openness (Transparent business dealings).
  • Quality Assurance
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • State-of-the-art technology.
  • We welcome feedback and discussions.

We offer industry-leading compensation packages that recognize and reward exceptional performance to our staff We offer all full-time employees a renumeration package that recognizes their worth to the company, their families and the community.

All staff receive benefits such as long-service pension plans, term life insurance, heathcare insurance, and term life insurance according to the terms of various contracts.

To our customers, we offer the assurance that we will always be listening. We will listen to their needs and include them in every phase of product implementation. From pre-contract to completion, we promise to act professionally, friendly, and helpful.

To our shareholders we promise to maximize profits consistent with a philosophy of quality and service over profit. All shareholders are welcome to contact senior management of the company with any concerns. To this end, we publish all contact email addresses. We welcome constructive feedback and will conduct business in an open, professional manner.

Aircraft Rental Instruction Business Plan

March 3, 2023 By JamesCall Leave a Comment

Aircraft Rental Instruction Business Plan

Introduction

Lansing Aviation was established as a private business that offers services to student pilots. Lansing Aviation will provide well-maintained aircraft to rent or for flight training. Lansing Aviation will also provide primary and advanced flight instruction through the use of independent flight instructors possessing corporate and airline backgrounds. Lansing Aviation offers professional aviation consulting to meet the needs of individuals, airlines, and corporate clients.

The Company

Lansing Aviation, LLC, was created and legalized as a Michigan Limited Liability Company. All decisions regarding company acquisitions and aircraft purchases will be made by the principle investors and operators.

Lansing Aviation will be operating its aircraft from Capital City Airport (LAN), Lansing, Michigan. The office, records, scheduling, as well as the office for aircraft will all be located off-airport 15 miles north and Capital City Airport.

Services

Lansing Aviation offers services for three areas. These are aircraft rental, flight instruction, or aviation consulting. Lansing Aviation will keep a Cessna 172 Skyhawk up-to-date with the most recent avionics in order to accomplish this.

Our competitive differences include professionally maintained aircraft, renter/instructor insurance, and our 24-hour scheduling service that will allow greater flexibility of our aircraft flight times.

Lansing Aviation intends to grow their aircraft rental portfolio by purchasing complex, high performance, single-engine and multi-engine aircraft for commercial or airline transport pilot rental and training. We plan to use the Internet and an internet-based business website to schedule aircraft in real-time.

The Market

Pilot training has been greatly increased in response to the shortage of airline pilots. The old aircraft rental business in Lansing was forced to add additional aircraft due to the rising demand for pilot training. Mackinac Great Lakes Airlines Systems is Lansing’s largest employer, employing 19,000 employees. We believe these employees are aware about the wonderful careers offered by M-GLAS Pilots. We hope this awareness will generate interest in flying. M-GLAS mechanics as well pilots are often seen flying small planes for entertainment and transportation to their families.

Capital City Airport currently has several students that are unhappy about the quality of their instruction and the state of their aircraft. Our instructors will take you on a flight in our Cessna 172 Skyhawk with your dissatisfaction and help you to generate new business.

Lansing Aviation will initially be targeting students who are interested in getting their private pilot certificate. These students will primarily come from word-of-mouth-advertising from our instructors, students, and other contacts at Mackinac-Great Lakes Airlines System (M-GLAS). Once they complete their private pilot package we will try to continue teaching them through their instrument rating courses with us.

1.1 Objectives

  1. To protect your personal and company assets, create a Limited Liability Corporation.
  2. For flight instruction and rental, purchase a Cessna 172 Skyhawk helicopter.
  3. Minimum 50 hours of flight time per month for revenue.
  4. In order to achieve a net income/profit, aircraft revenue must exceed hangar and insurance costs, fuel, maintenance expenses, and loan expenses.

Success Keys 1.2

  1. Renters and students can plan their schedules more efficiently by using a 24-hour flight schedule.
  2. Marketing the aircraft to the 2,100 Mackinac-Great Lakes Airlines System airline pilots, their familes, friends, and neighbors in Lansing to generate more exposure and word-of-mouth advertising resulting in more revenue flights.
  3. Preventive aircraft maintenance to reduce aircraft downtime.
  4. Students are trained safely and selected aircraft checkouts are done for rent customers. This ensures that the aircraft can be operated safely, respectfully, and with care.

1.3 Mission

Lansing Aviation offers an affordable, professionally-maintained aircraft for rental and flight instruction. While we will provide a safe learning environment for our students, we also adhere to all applicable aviation regulations and federal and state safety rules. Lansing Aviation can provide flight training equipment and a plane to fly once they are certified.

Aircraft Equipment Maker Business Plan

Stretch ‘r Wings is a start-up company making medical interior equipment for aircraft operators and hospital flight programs. Stretch &#8216 ‘r Wings will provide cost-effective and thoughtful medical interior design solutions. They also sub-contract some manufacturing.

Stretch &#8216: Wings has identified, and is working towards four objectives that will help them on their way to profitability. The FAA will approve the first objective, which is to receive Supplemental Type Certification (STC). An initial prototype of the design is the second objective. Next comes the need for parts manufacturer approval. The final step is to create a comprehensive marketing plan.

Stretch &#8216’r Wings targets both aircraft operators and hospital flights programs in both the United States as well as international markets. These two segments currently have the greatest market potential. These segments will be reached by Stretch &#8216 ;r Wings in a variety of ways. They can send brochures and direct mail, as well as brochures and advertisements through trade publications and the internet. The US market, including international markets, will be the primary target. The growth rates of all three segments are five percent. 800 potential US customers, 300 in international and 100 in military markets are possible.

Stretch &#8216?r Wings will use their competitive advantages, which are based primarily on product innovation/features and pricing competitiveness. Their aluminum frame creates a lightweight, strong unit that can be assembled quickly. The second edge has a storage device built in, optimizing the space available. The Stretch &#8216 ;r Wings will also have a glide-ease stretcher system that makes it easy to enter and exit. All Stretch ‘r Wings units are designed to be compact, efficient and safe.

Stretch &#8216 ;r Wings has put together a strong management team in order to implement their solid plan. ** is the product design master for Stretch ‘r Wings. After a 20-year industrial design career, he has recently focused his designs on medical applications. His wife is a doctor. **, the business mind of the company, complements our design master. ** will handle operations and strategic plans functions. He was Vice President of Operations at a $45,000,000 bicycle manufacturer for 17 years.

Stretch &#8216’r Wings will be profitable by year one. Profits will continue to rise through year five. Sales for year two are conservatively pegged at $230,000, growing to $634,000 in year five. Stretch &#8216 ;r Wings, an innovative business, combines innovative designs to meet a market need. It will be supervised by a team with experience.

**Names have not been published for confidentiality.

1.1 Objectives

These are the business goals and targets for Stretch &#8216 r wings:

  1. You can obtain STC approval from FAA on eight popular general aviation planes.
  2. Prototype of a Medical Interior for FAA Conformity Inspection
  3. Once the first STC is completed, Stretch &#8216: Wings will be issued a Parts Manufacture Approval(PMA) by the FAA.
  4. Prepare a marketing strategy, sales literature, website and sales department. This step will be implemented after the approval of several STCs.

1.2 Mission

Stretch &#8216: Wings intends develop and market an aircraft- and helicopter-friendly medical unit. This product will allow an owner/operator to fly regular passengers, or change to carry a patient. The medical unit, which is a self-contained, life-support system, has an internal component that includes oxygen, air and vacuum as well as both DC and AC electric power. Stretch &#8216 r Wings will design, manufacture and market this product.

Success keys 1.3

The aviation industry is tightly regulated and requires product conformity. Therefore, Stretch &#8216 r Wings needs to get the FAA required STCs/PMAs. The company’s staff have many years of success in performing STCs. However, the process may take longer than anticipated which could adversely impact the company&#8217s prospects.

After products are approved by FAA, the next step is marketing to increase brand awareness. Stretch &#8216 is the best tool for this purpose.

r Wings is available to attend major trade shows, provide after-sales service and high-quality literature for its clients.
