Amerihall was created from the merger of various real estate companies that were both franchises, and partnerships. Hall Properties Realty, Inc. has been operating for over 18 year with ownership in a commercial property sales and management company. Hall properties also held franchise rights for D.B.A. residential property franchise. Re/Max Junction. We have refocused our real estate sales efforts on creative marketing with the help of technology.
We found flaws in all aspects of real estate selling technique. Traditional real estate offices follow a plan in which brokers provide an office and basic equipment (i.e. phone, fax, computer, printers). They will also supply all necessary requirements as required by state law. The company will have a business location that can be inspected by appointed agencies during normal business hours by the state. All documents necessary for the operation of the business and the office will be available for inspection during the designated hours. They are required to provide at least one designated agent who will answer any questions regarding real estate.
There is no limit to how many agents can be registered under one broker’’s license. However, the state does have a rule about how many agents must be displayed prominently in the office.
In the traditional office, the company receives 20%-50% of all commissions received from sales generated by the agent. This could amount to many thousands of dollars. Agents still get charged for miscellaneous items which can easily run into the hundreds of dollars each month.
