Women need to be able to do their work in a space that isn’t dominated by men. Women know why.
Ladies Only Fitness’ focus is the urban professional woman who has a very active life and very little time to spend on fitness. Our focus is also on young mothers who want a place that is focused on their individual needs.
Mapleton is a growing city. Over the last three year, Mapleton’s population grew by 10% per annum. Mapleton currently has 600,000.
Most importantly, the growth has been fueled by the increased employment in the city’s high-tech companies. This has drawn a targeted customer to Ladies Only Fitness: a professional. Women who are interested in a new kind of fitness club experience are those we are targeting. At Ladies Only Fitness, they will be the total focus of our staff.
Another target group is young mothers who are looking for a club that will fit their needs and keep their children close. Ladies Only Fitness designed this facility so that any member of the main fitness room can see the childcare center. We believe that these changes will be welcome additions that will draw new members.
The key differentiator for us is the women-only plus childcare facilities on site. We are competing against many gyms in the region, including local franchises of 24-hour fitness and the downtown gym.
Ladies Only Fitness has an advantage in that it creates a positive environment. Focused on women only, the program makes women feel more relaxed. In addition, we have designed the childcare center to be visible from the main workout floor. The childcare center is visible from the main workout floor so that a young mother can supervise her child while she works out.
