Golf Driving Range Business Plan


Emerald Driving Range (Emerald, EDR) is a new enterprise that provides state-of-the-art facilities that accommodate golfers of all levels. There will be a first-class driving range that can accommodate 50 players, as well as two chipping and two putting greens. EDR will provide practice opportunities to all levels of golfers. There will be a PGA Teaching Pro to give lessons on a daily basis. For those golfers who need a break, we will have a concessions zone that offers a range of beverages and snacks.

It is our goal to create a vision for the future. This is why this business plan was created. It will address financial, service and location issues that are key to the business’ future success. It is difficult because there are other driving ranges in our community and that we are a startup enterprise. Our unique offering in terms of facilities is unrivalled in the industry and we are thrilled to serve the community.

Our market strategy is based on becoming a viable choice for people looking for a place to practice every aspect of the game of golf. Emerald’s three main target markets are Adults (Children), and Schools (Students). The popularity of golf is growing among children younger than ever. There will be programs available for children interested in learning the game. Our facility will also appeal to adults of all levels who want a quality place to practice or take lessons. Emerald will also build relationships with local schools and universities to hold classes at the range, and to use it as a practice facility for their golf teams. The goal of the marketing campaign is to encourage continued growth and profitability by implementing the strategy effectively.

Emerald Driving Range has been established to provide a practice area that serves both novice and advanced golfers. We aim to operate a facility that assists all levels of golfers. Emerald will make every customer feel valued and important to the business. Emerald understands that each employee can be a valuable asset for the company. Therefore, Emerald will encourage a team environment and treat every employee with respect.
