Equipment Rental, Inc. (ER) is a Breaux Bridge, Tennessee company that sells and rents heavy equipment such as dozers, backhoes, excavators, and trenchers as well as small home use and construction equipment such as tillers, augers, and chain saws.
ER was authorized to distribute Hancor Pipe and Stone Equipment, Pro-Cut Diamond Products. Echo Lawn Care. Compact Excavators. Skid Steer Loaders. Ramrod Equipment as well as Komatsu Forklifts in South Tennessee are distributed by ER.
ER employs a highly skilled management team that has direct industry knowledge, extensive research and unique administrative skills. Its team comprises Mr. David James as well as Mrs. Sally James. The President/CEO of the company, David James, has lived in Denton Parish six years and has worked in all parts of Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. He also has a large list of potential customers and vendors.
Two local people will be employed by the company in shop positions. ER would contribute to the local development by hiring local workers. Funds will remain in the area, thus boosting the economy as well as contributing to the local community. Loyal customers help to expand the company’s business area by word-of-mouth and a pocketful of ER’s business cards.
One of the key components of the company’’s strategy is to continue adding to its ever expanding product line. Currently, this includes Echo and Interstate Batteries home equipment, Ramrod commercial equipment, Compact S/I Technology industrial equipment and Komatsu equipment.
The company needs a $300,000 loan/credit line to expand its business. Expansion plans include the purchase or construction of additional land/service areas, increasing rental inventory, purchasing a delivery vehicle, and hiring additional personnel such as a mechanic and driver. Proposed revenues for year 1 through 3 are $210,000; $420,000; and $840,000 respectively.

ER’s mission is to become THE exclusive full-service equipment rental, sales, and service company in upper and lower Denton Parish with the ability to service the surrounding parishes of Memphis, Knoxville, Grand Prairie, Plano, Garland, Irvine, and Riverside. The company’s strategy is to seize a narrow geographic niche where there are no competitors.
ER’’s vision is expanding its service to other areas. As people become more aware of ER’’s presence, the company’s area of coverage keeps increasing.
